Samsung is going to launch its Galaxy S25 series this week. This will not be the only gift for the company’s fans. This year, Samsung is preparing to launch 4 new foldable phones including its first Tri-Fold Phone. Even though the demand in this segment is decreasing, Samsung is not ready to give up yet. Let us know what preparations Samsung has in the foldable segment this year.
Galaxy Z Flip FE could be a new offering
As expected, Samsung will launch Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7 this year. Galaxy Z Fold 7 can have an 8-inch foldable inner screen and 6.5-inch cover screen, while talking about Galaxy Z Flip 7, it is expected to have a 6.85-inch inner and 4-inch cover screen. To make Fold 7 thinner, the company can remove the support of S Pen from it. After this the S Pen will require separate charging.
Apart from these two, the company can also launch Galaxy Z Flip FE. This will be a flip style foldable phone, whose price will be kept affordable. To keep the price low, the company may compromise on its features or hardware.
Samsung is ready to launch its first Tri-Fold phone
A total screen of about 10 inches can be found in Samsung’s first Tri-Fold Phone. Currently, the company’s Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a 7.6-inch screen. In comparison, the Tri-Fold will create a 10-inch screen when fully opened. Samsung can bring an inward folding screen in it. When this phone is switched off, its screen will remain inside and there will be less chance of damage to it if it falls. Considering the low demand for foldable phones, the company will produce them in limited quantities. These four phones can be launched in the third quarter of the year.
