Government received many complaints
In the notification issued by the Union Government’s Information and Broadcasting Ministry, it has been said that it has received several complaints of pornographic, pornographic and ugly of content published by some publishers on social media and OTT platforms. It states that OTT platforms cannot broadcast any content which is banned lawful. The notification further states that under the rules, the self -regulatory bodies of OTT platforms will have to keep an eye on them and it will have to be determined that these platforms follow the rules.
Controversy is not stopping
Ranveer’s difficulties have increased since the comments made on Raina’s show. This dispute, which has been going on for the last several days, is not taking the name of stopping. FIR has been lodged against Ranveer in many states. Recently, the Supreme Court also asked Strict questions to YouTuber during the hearing. Taking cognizance of Ranveer’s comment, the court had asked the government what steps it is going to take to regulate pornographic content. The court further said that it will not be lax in this matter and if needed, is ready to take steps.
