Bilaspur: Balaji Foundation is organizing a lecture and felicitation ceremony on Chetna: Bilaspur and Development on 5 January. This program is being organized at Central Point International Hotel located on Raipur Road from 7 pm onwards. The chief guest in the program will be Chhattisgarh’s Deputy Chief Minister and Public Works, Public Health Engineering, Urban Administration, Law and Legislative Minister Arun Sao. The chairman is Himanshu Dwivedi, editor-in-chief of Haribhoomi, special guests are MLAs Amar Aggarwal, Dharamlal Kaushik, Dharamjit Singh, Sushant Shukla, Atal Srivastava, Dilip Lahariya.
