Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has launched Sanchar Sathi app for the convenience of the people. Through this app, complaints ranging from online fraud to loss of phone can be lodged on the mobile itself. With the launch of this app, the process of reporting has become easier. Let us tell you that earlier to complain about phone theft and fake calls, one had to go to Sanchar Saathi’s website. However, now one can report through mobile phone also.
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said during the launch of Sanchar Saathi app that through this app the people of the country will remain safe and privacy will be maintained. This application can be downloaded by visiting Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

You can complain about fake messages and calls
By going to this app, you can find out how many connections have been taken wrongly in your name. The special thing is that those connections can also be blocked. Apart from this, a report of loss or theft of the phone can be filed by going to the app. The device can be tracked in this. Also, complaint about fake messages and calls can be made. Let us tell you that the Sanchar Sathi portal was launched two years ago i.e. in 2023. But now the app has been introduced. More and more people will be able to keep themselves safe by using it.
