Why does the phone battery explode?
There can be many reasons for a phone’s battery exploding, the most common reason being overheating of the battery. When the battery gets too hot, a chemical reaction occurs in it. Due to this the heat increases and the phone catches fire.
The second biggest reason could be some kind of physical damage to the battery. Therefore, one should avoid letting the battery fall, bend or open it at home. Many times, due to keeping the phone in the sun for a long time, malware entering the CPU or the chemical structure of the battery getting deteriorated, it catches fire. In some cases, the battery also gets burnt due to manufacturing defect.

By taking some precautions, the phone’s battery can be saved from exploding. With the help of these precautions, the battery life of the phone can also be increased. For this, first of all do not allow any kind of physical damage to the phone’s battery. Never keep your phone in the sun during summer season. If the phone has become hot then keep it for some time to cool down. Don’t fall into the trap of cheap ones and always use good quality chargers and batteries. One should avoid using the phone while charging.
