Uttar Pradesh government will use AI surveillance system to keep an eye on the crowd. Under this, 2,700 CCTV cameras including 328 AI cameras will be installed. AI cameras will alert the administration if the crowd increases. Apart from this, they will also be useful in finding missing people.
Special app for navigation
The government has released the Kumbh Sahayak App for the fair. It will work as a virtual assistant. In this, navigation facility has been provided to roam around in the entire fair. In this, information about all the ghats, akharas and customs etc. will be available, through which the devotees will be able to understand the fair well.
Social media will also be used
The government has also planned to use social media to disseminate important information to the devotees. Real-time information about the fair will be made available to the people through social media. The help of social media will also be taken in locating missing people. Besides, through this the devotees will also be able to convey their views to the administration.
There will be live streaming worldwide
If someone cannot go to Prayagraj to attend the Kumbh Mela, then there is no need to worry. He will be able to watch live stream on his mobile and laptop etc. while sitting at his home. All the major traditions of the fair including Ganga Aarti will be broadcast live.
