What will happen in the free version?
According to media reports, users may have to see advertisements for a few seconds in the free version of Microsoft Office for Windows. Advertisements will be seen on opening documents in PowerPuint, Excel or Wordon. It is being told that 15 seconds of mute advertisements will run at regular intervals of a few hours. Apart from this, the creation and edited documents in this version will be saved only on one -half. At present, they will not be given an option to save on the computer. In the free version, users will not get features like add-ones, watermark adding and enlightening data.
How to download
To use the free version of Microsoft Office, first go to the official website and download its setup. Now open any office app and sign-in. After this, click on Continue for Free. After this, select the option of Save to OneDrive on the next screen. Keep in mind that the free version has not yet been available to all users. In such a situation, you should not see the option of Continue for Free. The company has said that it is currently doing its limited testing. Later, the company is able to launch its desktop app, but at present there is no plan to launch the company’s ad -ported and free app.
