OnePlus’s industrial designer Lao Haoran recently announced a major change in the design of OnePlus phone in 2025 on Weibo. After this, speculation intensified that OnePlus is working on a new mini variant – OnePlus 13 Mini. According to reports, this smartphone will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, which will have 7 core.

This is the same chipset that power the flagship OnePlus 13, which indicates that despite the small size, this phone will not allow any reduction in performance. Apart from this, this phone can be competing with compact flagship phones like Galaxy S25.

Display and design

OnePlus 13 Mini can be given a 6.31-inch Ltpo OLED panel, with a 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Talking about the design, this can be the first phone to adopt OnePlus’s new design Philosophy, with a glass back and metal frame, which will give it a premium look and feel.

Flat screen designs and ultra-slim bezels can be seen in the phone, which will give an immersive display experience despite the compact form factor. For safety, in-display optical fingerprint scanner can be given in it.

Camera Setup: Not Triple, Dual Camera will be available

The first leaked reports stated that OnePlus 13 mini would come with triple-camera setup, but according to the new information, it will have a dual-camera system. According to Digital Chat Station, it will be:

50MP telephoto lens (with 2x optical zoom)

Its rear camera module will be in the vertical bar-shape design, which will give the phone a unique look.

Battery and other features

Although there is no concrete information about the battery capacity, but the phone is expected to get wireless charging support.

OnePlus 13 Mini: Launched in India and Global Market?

According to reports, OnePlus 13 Mini may be launched in China next month. However, it is not yet clear whether this phone will come in the global market or it will be limited to China only. Some leaks believe that it may be exclusively exclusive, but the possibility of international launch remains.
