Oppo Reno13 Review: Oppo launched the Reno13 series in India last week. This mid-range smartphone has been introduced in two variants, Reno13 and Reno13 Pro. The features and designs of both phones are almost the same, but there is little difference in the case of display size, battery capacity and camera hardware. I have used the standard variant of Reno13 and in this review its design, performance, battery life and camera quality are explained in detail.
Should I buy Oppo Reno13?
Oppo Reno13 is a great mid-range smartphone, which proves to be great in terms of design, camera, performance and battery life. This phone is available in two colors, Ivory White and Luminous Blue. Its design is also very unique and attracted. Also, the powerful battery of the device can be liked a lot. However, non-essential apps in the phone may be disliked by users in advance. Also, photos in night mode are not very good. But overall it is a premium phone in which users get all advanced features. In such a situation, buying this phone can be a profitable deal.

Oppo Reno13 Review: Design, Build Quality and Display
Oppo Reno13 comes with new and fresh design. The color of our review unit was Luminous Blue, which looks quite attractive. The most unique thing of the phone is a mild glowing effect around the camera module. This is not LED light, but is amazing of offset printing and reflective coating technology, causing the camera module’s edge to shine when lighting. Apart from this, due to the matte anti-glare coating, there is no fingerprint marks on the phone, which always makes it look clean.
The phone’s frame is made of aerospace grade aluminum, which helps to protect the phone from shaking when it falls. Dent may come on the phone, but internal components are safe.
Display Protection: The display of Reno13 has been given protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, which protects against scratch and daily wear and ends.
IP RATING: This phone comes with IP66/IP68/IP69 certification, which can tolerate temperatures up to 55 ° C and can withstand high-speed water jet pressure up to 1,450 PSI.
Display:
- 6.59-inch 1.5K (2760 × 1256p) OLED display
- 120Hz Refresh Rate and 1200 Nits Peak Brightness
Great color output and thin bezel, who gives great experience for watching videos and social media scrolling. SGS Certified low-blue-light technology, which does not affect the eyes even when using the phone for a long period. The phone also has dual sim slot, type-C port and infrared sensor, so that smart AC, smart TV and other IOT devices can be controlled. The in-display fingerprint sensor works fast and also reacts accurately to sweat fingers.
Oppo Reno13 Review: Performance
The Reno13 has a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 (4Nm) octa-core processor, which comes with the Mali-G615 MC6 GPU. With this, options for 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage are available. The phone loads the apps quickly and also gives smooth performance in gaming.
Asphalt Unite: While playing games like Legends, there is a mild warmth, but it never reaches an uncomfortable level.
The phone takes a few seconds extra when using Google Gemini and Oppo’s photo editing tools, but there is no problem of overheating. The phone works on Android 15 based Coloros 15, which is a glut of pre-installed games and third-party apps. However, there will be no problem of storage, as users can store hundreds of apps and thousands of photo-video.
Oppo Reno13 Review: Software Update
- 3 -year -old Android updates and
- Security patch support will be available for 5 years.
The phone has a custom X1 network chip and AI linkboost technology, which makes the call quality great. A good network is also available in the basement or lift and the call remains clear.
Battery and charging
5600mAh battery, which gives backup more than a day.
80W SupervoOC charging, causing 50% in the phone 25 minutes and 100% in 50 minutes.
