Galaxy S25 Ultra is the most expensive phone of this series. The price of its base 12GB + 256GB variant is Rs 1,29,999. For 12GB + 512GB: Rs 1,41,999 version, customers will have to pay Rs 1,41,999. The price of its top 12GB + 1TB variant has been kept at Rs 1,65,999.
