Samsung has promised six years of Android update and security patch for Galaxy M16 5G while Galaxy M06 5G will get OS and security updates for four years. Talking about the display, the Galaxy M16 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display. At the same time, the Galaxy M06 5G has a 6.7-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display. Both smartphones are equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset processor and support up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.
Camera setup
Talking about the camera setup of both smartphones, the Galaxy M16 5G has a triple camera setup which includes a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera with a 50-megapixel primary camera. It has a 13 -megapixel front camera for selfie.
On the other hand, the Galaxy M06 5G comes with a dual rear camera setup which includes a 2-megapixel depth sensor with a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens. It has an 8 megapixel front camera for selfie.
For safety, both smartphones have side-mounted fingerprint sensors. Samsung’s KNOX VAULT feature is available in these devices which further strengthens security. Apart from this, Quick Share feature has been given for file and image sharing. In particular, the Galaxy M16 5G also supports Tap and Pay with Samsung Wallet.

For power, both devices have provided a strong battery of 5,000mAh, which also supports fast charging of 25W. The Galaxy M16 5G thickness is 7.9mm while the Galaxy M06 5G thickness is 8mm.

Samsung has priced the Galaxy M16 5G 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variants at Rs 11,499. At the same time, its 6GB+128GB variant has been priced at Rs 12,999 and 8GB+128GB variant has been priced at Rs 14,499. These prices are available with bank offers in which a discount of up to Rs 1,000 is being given. This phone has been launched by the company in three colors like Blush Pink, Mint Green and Thunder Black. The sale of the phone will start from March 5.
At the same time, talking about Galaxy M06 5G, its 4GB+128GB variant has been priced at Rs 9,499 and the 6GB+128GB model has been priced at Rs 10,999. These prices are with bank exemption in which discounts of up to Rs 500 are being given. This phone has come on the market with two colors like Blazing Black and Sage Green. The sale of this phone will start from March 7. At the same time, you can buy both these smartphones from e-commerce site Amazon.
